Actively participate in initiatives and contests driven by business team
Responsible for establishing the Piramal brand by overseeing the sales team and business development activities for Used Car Loans
Prepare branch wise implementation plan to achieve defined targets in alignment with the Geography sales manager
Ensure achievement for overall sales and cross sell targets for the cluster through building and development of internal team of Sales Managers and DSTs and channel partners , while ensuring maintenance of required standards for customer satisfaction, profitability metrics and product mix
Devise strategies/means to continually improve HL Disbursements in Mass Affluent and Affordable segments for all branches in the cluster and guide the teams in operationalizing the same through DSTs and Channel partners
Review the business productivity β Product Wise Target v/s Achievement Analysis of team.
Execute Strategic plans and reviews in Sales, prepare and complete action plans in sales and implement sales processes
Drive a high level of productivity, quality and customer service standards, have a solution oriented approach, help audits and implement and manage change
Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and target for all areas in lines with the assigned business objectives and targets
Strengthening and building relationship with the various distribution channels (in the assigned Zone)and support periodical dealer reviews
Saving Account, Casa Acquisition, Casa Sales, Current Account, BDE, Area Sales, Business Development, Retail Sales, Cross Selling, Monitoring, Sales, Retail, Life Insurance.
Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to that geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities.
Achieving exceeding Business goals.
Creating a strong compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
Meeting up with CAT A builders and getting their projects approved with BAFL
